6. Isaac Newton and Harvard University

Some of these facts about the world can change your perception of time and make you think about the way things happened in the past. We previously started talking about Oxford University, and now we’ll continue with another prestigious school, but this time our guest is Harvard University.

This distinguished school was founded in 1636, roughly 50 years before the physician Isaac Newton published his Principia Mathematica in 1687, which was all about his laws of motion and the law of universal gravitation.

Since Harvard started to teach smart children about different subjects way before Newton developed his theories, we can say that they couldn’t talk to their students about calculus either, because Newton developed it around the same time as his other theories.
