8. $2.7 million worth of fake poker chips

Going forward with our list of crazy things found in the toilet, the next real story involves some fake poker chips. In January 2014, Christian Lusardi attended an Atlantic City “Poker Open No Limit Hold ‘Em” event, and let’s just say his cards were a little stacked.

While his $2.7 million worth of poker chips were fake, he managed to sneak them into the tournament, which only netted him a combined winning of $6,814. Seeing that his idea didn’t work out as expected, Lusardi decided to flush the remaining fake chips down the toilet at the hotel where he was staying.

Well, he wasn’t a criminal mastermind, as the fake chips clogged the pipes and eventually led to his arrest.
